She attended West Las Vegas High School along with sister, Arissa Garcia, where she was scheduled to graduate in May 2007. Alisha had aspirations of becoming a massage therapist. Alisha enjoyed activities, such as volleyball, track, basketball, riding horses, hiking, kayaking and like all teenage girls, talking on her phone with her friends. She loved music and she sang in the choir and played the piano. She also enjoyed learning sign language and practiced as much as possible. She enjoyed her new role as a Madrina, loving to spend time with her new cousin, baby Raymond.
