Frances Pearl Clever Rearick, 82, of Apollo died unexpectedly at 4:16 a.m. Tuesday (Aug. 20, 2002) in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.
Born Nov. 21, 1919, in Vandergrift, she lived in the Kiski Valley all her life.
She was a member of Markle Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Rearick enjoyed gardening, playing bingo and Las Vegas night games and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Melvin J. (Deborah) Rearick II of Markle; a daughter, Judith (Doyle) Fulton of Burrell Township; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Violet McJunkin of Tampa, Fla., Gayle Moglia of Bell Township and Linda Ciocca of Vandergrift.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin J. Rearick; her parents, William J. and Minnie Burkett Clever; two brothers, Walter and William CLever; and two sisters, Betty Louise Rearick and Mona Rudkin.
Viewing will be private. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in the GERALD J. MEDICE FUNERAL HOME, 604 Moore Ave., North Apollo, with the Rev. Terri Swails officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Kiski Township.
