Prof. Ezra Bauder died suddenly of bright’s disease at the home of his son-in-law, Mr. J. B. T Thornton, at Manassas, yesterday, aged seventy-two years. He taught school in the family of Chief Justice Marshall, and was teacher of some of Virginia’s most famous statesmen. He served in the Confederate army.
