Carrie was the daughter of Peter Ovid NIELSEN and Ingeborg Kristine OLSEN Nielsen.
On June 11, 1919, she married Nephi LARSEN.
Growing up, she worked on her parents' farm and received only a 6th grade education. She worked in the Hyrum 1st Ward Relief Society and worked for and retired from Mode O'Day in Logan, Utah.
She and Nephi's infant son Devon is also buried in the Hyrum cemetery.
