She was born November 28, 1921, in London, England, and moved to New York the next year.
After WWII, she traveled extensively to numerous locations in Europe as well as the U.S. In 1986, she retired from General Dynamics, San Diego, CA. She lived in the San Diego area over 30 years before moving to Long Beach 3 years ago.
Until her health failed recently, she was an active member of the Episcopal Church, St. Andrews by-the-Sea in San Diego and All Saints in Long Beach.
She is survived by her children, Carol Anderson of Long Beach, David Bertolette (and wife, Laura) of Temecula, Douglas Bertolette of Spencerport, NY, Stephen and James Bertolette of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Scott Anderson, Danielle, Zachary and Jacqueline Bertolette; and great-grandson, Blake Anderson.
