Marcella A. Armijo, 50, joined our Lord and Savior on Friday, February 4, 2005. She was born September 28, 1954 to Zeke and Soila (Apodaca) Armijo in Las Vegas, NM. Marcy resided in Socorro for most of her life and for the past few years resided at the Espanola Valley Nursing Center where she received kind and loving care. Marcy is preceded in death by her baby brother, John Phillip. She is survived by her parents Zeke and Soila of Socorro; brothers: Daniel and Jerry and his wife, Lillian; niece, Madalyn; and nephews, John and Joseph, all of Socorro. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, February 7, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the San Miguel Catholic Church in Socorro with Funeral Mass being celebrated immediately following with Father John C. Daniel as Celebrant. Inurnment will be in the San Miguel Cemetery. Marcy joined us as an angel, served as an inspiration to the many lives she touched and will always serve as an angel.
