George Andrews
Succumbs After Weeks Illness of Heart Trouble
George E. Andrews 53, breakman for the Wichita Southern railway, died Friday evening at 7:30 o'clock at a local hospital, following an illness of a week. He suffered from Heart Trouble.
Mr. Andrews who lived at 602 N. Butte, had been a resident of Breckenridge for a number of years and had been employed by the Wichita Southern for the past 15 years.
He is survived by his widow and eight children. Mrs. A M Torrence of Overton, Mrs. W. C. Graham, Clarence, Claude, Louis, Billy, Ray, and Maggie Andrews all of Breckenridge, and three brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the First Baptist Church with Rev. A. J. Morgan officiating. Rev. W. Y. Pond will assist in the services. Interment will be made in the Breckenridge cemetery.
Thompson - Kiker is in charge of the arrangements.
