Martha Alice Eldridge Davis passed away at her residence at the age of 97. She was born on the Eldridge home ranch in Snake Valley, NV to David Samuel and Alice Leese Eldridge. Alice was a nurse, retiring in the early 1960s. She attended schools in White Pine County and graduated from Seaside Hospital School of Nursing in Long Beach, CA. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, JoAnn Davis and Lola Neff, both of Paradise; brother, Joe Eldridge of Baker, NV; sisters, Mabel Smith of Lockwood, CA, Lillilan Hill and Daisy Larson, both of Reno and Ethel Mayo and Jean Hofheins, both of Ely; two grandsons and sever nieces and nephews. Her husband, Henry, brothers, Lee Roberts, George, Donald, Thomas and Ernest Eldridge and sister, Elizabeth Coyle preceded her in death.
