Mrs. Anderson died Sunday, Oct. 24, in Grass Valley. She was 87.
She was born June 16, 1917, in Berkeley, to John and Mary (Fredrick) Skoverski. She graduated from Berkeley High School. She married Paul E. Anderson Sr. on June 5, 1937, in Berkeley. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, and her great-granddaughter, Becky.
She is survived by her son, Paul Anderson of North San Juan; daughter, Carol Ramsey of Bay Point; brother, John Skoverski of North San Juan; grandsons Damon Horne of North San Juan, and Steven Anderson of Auburn, Wash.; granddaughters Kim Hesseltine of Auburn, Wash., and Paula Horne of Florida; and great-granddaughter, Becky Horne of North San Juan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Anderson Sr. in 1985; granddaughter, Heidi Wald in 2002; father, John Skoverski Sr. in 1951; and mother, Mary Skoverski, in 1978.
