Lennis E. Abel, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, age 64, died July 1, 1994 at his home.Lennis was born March 18, 1910 in American Fork, Utah, the son of G. Edward and Lottie Hunter Abel. He married Helen Bird in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on January 3, 1934. Lennis is a High Priest in the LDS Church. He worked at Geneva Steel for 27 years. Lennis is the proud father of Mr. George Abel, Mrs. Fred (Jean) Worlton, and Mrs. Ron (Sally) Schumann.He is survived by his wife, three children, eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, where family and friends are invited one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the American Fork City Cemetery.
