She was a graduate of the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, and received a master's degree at Nova Southeastern University in Davie. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority for 70 years.
She was a librarian for 47 years, 17 of them at Osceola Elementary.
She was a member of Sebastian Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Colonial Dames of the XVII Century, Magna Carta Dames, Pelican Island Garden Club, Roseland Women's Club; volunteer and head librarian at the Marian Fell Library in Fellsmere; and served on the Postal Advisory Council and on the board of directors of Indian River County Library.
She was a former member of St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in Sebastian.
Survivors include her former husband, Joseph Bock of Sebastian; daughters, Susan Crabtree of Boca Raton and Carolyn Zella of Seminole; brother, Ret. Lt. Gen. John Wall of Fredericksburg, VA; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Burns; first husband, Charles Fordham Daly; and son, Charles "Butch" Fordham Daly.

SERVICES: Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Oct. 2 at Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian. A service will follow in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Robert Lieffort officiating. A graveside service by Seneca Mortuary will be at Oconee Memorial Gardens, Seneca, SC.
