"Mrs. Catharine Emeigh, widow of Peter Emeigh, died Monday evening after a lingering illness, at her home in Duncansville. Deceased was the oldest resident of Duncansville, having been born May 10, 1810. She was highly esteemed in the community. The funeral occurred at 2 o'clock this afternoon, the interment being made in the family burial ground at Duncansville."
