Mary Jane Thomas was my second great grandmother, and the wife of William Frances Buck (1824-1901). She was also the mother of nine children named Henry Adolph Buck (1850-1902), William Thomas Buck (1852-1923), Edward Buck (1855-1934), Jeannie (also known as Jane) Howell (1858-1918), Elmer S Buck (1860-1925), Charles Sebastian Buck (1862-1945).Hattie Buck (1865-1865), Alice Mae McKray (1866-1943), and Herbert Buck (1870-1951). She was born in Wales and immigrated to the United States in the 1830's
