Mrs. Alice R. Ayers, 81, widow of Milford N. Ayers, died this morning at Cedar Haven after a lingering illness. She was formerly of Lebanon RD 1. Mrs. Ayers was a daughter of the late Charles and Almena Thompson Charles. She was a member of Zion Evangelical United Brethren Church. Her survivors are as follows: two daughters, Georgia, wife of John R. Stamm, Lebanon RD 1, and Bonita, wife of William Vibbard, Conneaut, O.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Piper, West Branch, Mich.; a brother, George Adams, Conneaut, O., and a number of nieces and nephews.
