Professional Golfer. She was credited with establishing the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) and served as its president from 1950 to 1952. During her career Berg was winner of more than 60 tournaments, including 15 majors. She was named the AP Woman Athlete-of-the-Year three times. Berg was inducted into the LPGA and World Golf Halls of Fame. Cause of Death: Complications from Alzheimer's Disease.
