Born June 18, 1925, in Muncy, she was the daughter of Harley M. and Jessie (McCarty) Warren. She was a 1943 graduate of Muncy Joint Schools.
On May 27, 1943, she married Frank F. Alexander. After 49 years of marriage, Frank died April 1, 1993.
Agnes was employed by the former Paul's Clothing Store in Muncy until its closing. She also loved cooking and baking.
She was a member of the Church of the Resurrection, Muncy.
Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Gary M. and Sherry L. Alexander, David M. and Kay Alexander, both of Muncy, and Richard Alexander of Williamsport; one daughter and son-in-law, Sandra L. and Robert Falcone-Gamo of Manhattan Beach, Calif.; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 23, at the Muncy Cemetery. Officiating will be her pastor, the Very Rev. Glenn McCreary.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 1704 Warren Ave., Williamsport, PA 17701.
