Mrs. Walker, 73, Dies At Carlisle
Mrs. Bessie Walker, 73, Carlisle, died at the home of her son, Elymas Walker, at 2 a.m. today.
A member of the Royal Neighbors Lodge of Carlisle, Mrs. Walker was also a ember of the former Providence Church of Paxton.
Survivors include a brother, James Brower of Westfield; three sisters, Mrs. Hester Lucas of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Della Eaton of Indianapolis and Mrs. Arie Melson of St. Paul, Minn.; and one granddaughter, Linda Lou Walker of Carlisle.
The body was taken to the Schulze Funeral Home at Carlisle and will be returned to the residence in Carlisle at 10 a.m. Wednesday where friends may call. Funeral rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Bethel Church.
