Mrs.W. C. Brown died at her home in the eastern suburbs of the city at 7:40 last evening. She was 52 years old. She leaves a husband and three grown sons. The funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church conducted by Revs. M. C. Johnson and J. R. Vinson.

My great grandmother, "Callie", married William Clary Brown on 22 Jun 1863 in Bedford Co TN. The couple moved from TN to Gainesville TX in 1880. Their three sons were James Walter (my grandfather), Charles Levert and William Joe. "Callie" was the daughter of James Hoover and Susan G. Moore.
