In the 1950s, she became one of the most visible individuals in the early days of United States television, with her own series "The Faye Emerson Show." She was married to Elliott Roosevelt, the son of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt from 1944 to 1950. She died in Deià, Mallorca, Islas Baleares, Spain.
