JOHN ABNER HUTSON FUNERAL TODAY

John Abner Hutson, 73, 575 Arkansas St., died in the Ouachita Hospital at 11:10 a.m. Friday. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Daisy Maher Hutson; four sons Jack Hutson of Trenton, N. J., David Hutson of Trenton, Billy Sloan of Camden, Phillip Rush of Camden; seven daughters, Mrs. Willy New of Trenton, Mrs. Mae Hicks of Louisiana, Mrs. Fannie Applegate of Trenton, Mrs. Ruth Knight, Mrs. Anne Priddy, Mrs. S. Stiffler, all of Camden; Mrs. Rachael Wilson of Camden; one sister, None Reese of Arkadelphia; and 27 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Temple Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Bethesda Cemetery.

There will be a double service with Clyde Wilson.

Billy Sloan, Ruth Knight, Anne Priddy, and Rachel Wilson are Daisy's children by her first marriage with William Peter Sloan. Not sure about Sue Stiffler and Phillip Rush. Also, Clyde Wilson is Rachel Wilson's husband who died about the same time as John A. Hutson, hence the double service. He is also buried in this cemetery.
