Died at Sumner
Mrs. Del Brown, the wife of C. W. Brown, who is a well known citizen of Sumner, where he is engaged in the mercantile business, died at an early hour yesterday morning after an illness of several weeks from bronchial trouble.
The deceased was the daughter of the late William Floyd, an old settler of Emberson prairie, and was a niece of A. J. Carter and Eldridge Carter.
She was born and reared in the community. She is survived by her husband and one child, a daughter about fifteen years old.
The funeral service will be held at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon and will be conducted either by Elder Dudley Ausmus or Elder J. W. Herriage.
The burial will be at Little Vine graveyard.
