Sean Forrest Donald Adams, 18, of Madison died July 29, 2006, in CAMC General Hospital of injuries received in a motorcycle accident.

He was preceded in death by his father, Steven Forrest Adams, and grandmother, Mary Smith.

He is survived by his mother and father, Pamela and Carlos Smith; two sisters, Jennifer and Clayton Moore of Arkansas and Heather Adams of San Jacinto, Calif.; four brothers, Matthew Smith of Madison, Joshua Smith of Dunbar, Jacob Smith of Van and Noah Smith of Madison; paternal grandparents, Donald and Eva Adams; maternal grandparents, Betty Furgerson of California and Forrest Furgerson of Atkins, Ark.; uncle, Michael Furgerson, and cousin, Matthew Furgerson, both of Conway, Ark.; aunt, Susan and Fred Long, and cousins, Joshua, Zachery and Aaron Long, all of Portola, Calif.; and grandfather, Dennis Smith of Madison.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, at Handley Funeral Home, Danville.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
