MATTIE HAYES - Graveside services for Mattie Jean Hayes, 79, were held Wednesday at Riverside (Redhill) Cemetery southwest of Mustang under direction of McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service. Mrs.Hayes died Monday at an Oklahoma City health-care facility. She was born Jan. 11, 1927, in Stephenville, Texas, and grew up in Gilmer, Texas, where she spent the majority of her adult life. She moved to Yukon in 1956. She was an accomplished artist and pianist. She is survived by a daughter, Anita Solomon of Yukon; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren."
