(nee O'Donnell). Died Tuesday, July 18, 2006, at Virtua Hospital, in Voorhees. Born in Philadelphia, Mimi was 96 years old. She was a resident of Palmyra for over 60 years.
Mimi was a graduate of Hallahan High School and Germantown Hospital Nursing Academy and became a registered nurse. She was also employed by Philco-Ford in Philadelphia as a payroll clerk.
Beloved wife of the late John W. Getz, Jr. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Donald and Barbara Massi of Cinnaminson, Carol and Jim Miller of Southampton, PA and Margaret and Bob Sleister of Haddon Heights. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mimi's Life Celebration on Monday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at SNOVER/GIVNISH OF CINNAMINSON, 1200 Route 130 North. Her Funeral Mass will follow 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Riverton. Interment St. Peter Cemetery, Riverside, NJ.
