23 Sep 2000: John H. Fake, 49, Lancaster, died of natural causes Thurs., Sept. 21, 2000, at home. Born Nov. 10, 1950, in Lebanon, he was the son of Carl E. Fake of Annville and the late Mary Blair Fake. He was employed for the last year and a half as an assistant supervisor in the shipping department of the Armstrong Corporation, Lancaster. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Surviving in addition to his father are daughters Barbara Fake of Lebanon & Jennifer Fake of Hamburg; brothers Carl Fake of Hershey and Joseph Fake of Lebanon; sisters Mary Deitzler and Tina Fake of Jonestown and Betty Kindt of Annville; and companion LaRue Eltz. Funeral Tuesday at Rohland Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. [Lebanon Daily News]
