Epsie Inez Johnson Smith, 80, of Milledgeville died Sunday in a local hospital.
Mrs. Smith, a native of Washington County, had lived in Baldwin County for many years. She was a retired employee of Central State Hospital.
Survivor include five sons, William A. "Pete" Smith, Harold Smith, Willie Lee Smith, Jr., all of Milledgeville, Donald "Duck" Smith of Gordon and Kenneth Smith Of Monticello; four daughters, Frances Boyer of Sparta, Emily Griffin of Waynesboro, Joyce Humphries of Milledgeville and Esther Cheely of Carrolton; a sister Effie Green Of McRae; 25 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
