Funeral services for Mrs. Ora E. Spangler, 825-1st NW, who was killed with her daughter, Mrs. Martha Jo Landers in the tornado Friday afternoon, will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Monday, in Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Cox officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mrs. Spangler, 74, was born Nov. 5, 1907 in Bowie County, a daughter of William G. Gamble and Abbie May Miller Gamble. She attended schools in Hopewell and married Dave F. Spangler on July 12, 1925. He died in 1860. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Marvin Irene Bennett of Dallas, a son, David I. Spangler of Dallas, 3 grandchildren whom she reared, Larry and Jerry Spangler of Paris and Mrs. Glenda Fulton of Hope, Ark., 14 other grandchildren, 3 sisters, Mrs. Rosa Mason of Ponder, Mrs. Grace Gronka of Claude and Mrs. Edith Lee of Ranger, and two brothers, Austin Gamble of Clarksville and Virgil Gamble of Lake Whitney.
