Our family had a few years of cockatiels, that we have lost. They died within a span of each other, the vet believes a disease caught by one then reaching each of them. We have a mini daschound, Shadow, and when the birds flew freely, he tried to catch them to eat them, (little bugger), God love him. Bear the rotti on the other hand, he would be walking about and have one of the birds fly and land on his back, giving me a panic, and Bear would walk around with them on his back or head. He just loved them. I made one site for all of them instead of one each. Their names were, R.J, the only yellow one we had, Charlie, the oldest one, Duchess, Second oldest, Taz, third oldest, and Jasmine the youngest one. They were not tame when we got them but it wasn't hard to get them to love and trust being held by the kids and I. The kids just loved them. Taz and R.J. belonged to my son Duane. Duchess, belonged to Tyla, and Jenna and I. Jasmine belonged to my daughter Nikki. Charlie belonged to my son Daniel. They are all missed and loved dearly. They died between 2003 - 2004. We are thinking of getting another one but leary as loosing them is not fun. I'll give it more thought. Loosing them, socks, Bear and Cadbury might be enough for now and Joe of course. God bless all you little birds who made us smile, chase you down from curtains, nipped us while being tamed at times or when hungry, and just genuinely kept us content at your beauty.

THANKS SO MUCH TO BLESSED ALWAYS FOR SPONSORING THESE LITTLE ANGELS OF OURS!!
