Opal Vaughn Allred, 97, went home to be with her Lord, June 22, 2006. She was born May 20, 1909, in Waurika, OK, to Harvey & Annye Allred. She married Billye Claire Boyd, Oct. 6, 1929. She taught children at Kentucky Ave. Baptist Church, then joined Memorial Baptist Church in 1956, which recently merged with Rancho Village Baptist Church. She is survived by 4 daughters, Ruth Liles, Peggy Cella, Sue Goff, and Claire Vaughn Pybas; 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-great grandchildren; and 1 brother: Montie Allred. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billye; & 3 brothers, Bert, Walter, and David Allred. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Saturday, June 24, 2006, at Rancho Village Baptist Church, 1411 SW 38th, OKC, with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Visitation & viewing at Baggerley South Funeral, 5708 S. Western.
