Floydette Spence Bell, 66, wife of Wayne A. Bell and a resident of Quinby, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2005 at her residence. A native of Quinby, Mrs. Bell was the daughter of the late Floyd I. Spence and the late Jenny Wallace Spence. A graveside service was held Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 11am from Quinby Cemetary, Quinby. The Rev. Jack D. Pruitt officiated. Other than her husband, Mrs. Bell is survived by three children, Lenae H. Long and her husband Danny of Cape Charles, Brenda H. Parks and her husband Bobby or Pungoteague, and Wendy Bell of Quinby; two grandchildren, Jacob D. Parks and Jenna L. Parks, both of Puntoteague. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Eastern Shore, PO Box 316, Parksley, VA 23421. Arrangements were made by Doughty Funeral Home, Exmore.
