She had been the wife of Amandus/Amandes Elmer Fehnel from 1894 to about 1930, when they divorced. She was the mother of Raymond H, Helen L (became Kearney), Bertha M (became Frey), and B. Winifred (became Oberholtzer). Minnie was ahead of her times, at least in one respect - in that era, it was pretty unusual for divorced women to have their maiden names restored as she did.
It's kind of funny that everyone on Ancestry who has her death on their family tree got that data from this memorial and no other source. Some have assumed due to her grave location that she must have died in Allentown, nope. Now it's 2022, and I'm adding her obituary, so suddenly everyone will have that too. She's not in PA death certificates for a reason, guys, think. Further, the trees don't have death data on her parents; now I'm connecting them to her and suddenly those will show up too. All you have to do is look, and not wait for Ancestry to dole out hints.
Her kids are now all deceased, and much of her surviving family seems not too close by, so I always pay my respects to her too when I go to visit my family in this cemetery.
