He later concentrated on songwriting with songs on albums by Conway Twitty, Gene Watson, Kenny Rogers, George Jones and others. His Top 10 hits include Reba McEntire's "Today All Over Again," Loretta Lynn's "Home" and Mark Chesnutt's "Too Cold at Home" and "Old Country."
