Funeral services are pending at the Goodrich Funeral Home in Marietta, Okla., for Mrs. Sarah Cartwright, 72, Velma, Okla., who died at the Cochran County Hospital early Tuesday.
She died four hours after being admitted to the hospital for treatment of a heart attack.
Mrs. Cartwright had arrived in Morton about noon Monday for a visit in the homes of her sons, Jack and Harold Cartwright.
Burial will be in the Leon Cemetery in Marietta.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Addie Swint, Overbrook, Okla., Mrs. Irene Kemp, Marietta; Mrs. Ida Isabel, Rubottom, Okla.; and Mrs. LaJuanda Chapman, Velma, Okla.; six sons, Elzie of Valley View, Philmon of Ojai, Calif., Odis of Rubottom, Walter of Velma and Jack and Harold; two brothers, Tom Chitwood, Rubottom, and Charley Chitwood, Burkburnett; 33 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
