Cletus H. Arnold Jr., 83, Lebanon, died Friday, May 5, 2006, in Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Arlene E. Doster Arnold. Born in Lebanon June 1, 1922, he was the son of the late Cletus H. Sr. and Leah K. Brandt Arnold. He was a retired machinist with the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. He was a member of Elks Lodge, Annville American Legion, Rescue Fire Co., Eagles Lodge, Liberty Fire Co., Lebanon Navy Club Ship 91, Republican Club, Goodwill Fire Co., Myerstown; life member Keystone Gun Club. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Mary's Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are son Glenn A. Arnold of Absecon, NJ; granddaughter Desiree Orwig; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two children, Mary and Joseph Arnold; one brother, Clarence Arnold; and three sisters, Lucy Hartnett, June Arnold, Ester Reiter.
