Anna (Adamek) Brady was born in Bohemia, November 12, 1850 to Bartholemew and Mary (Kotemilk) Adamek and died April 1, 1932 at Eastman, WI age 81 years, 4 months and 19 days.
In 1860, when she was 10 years of age, she immigrated to the U.S. and resided in WI. In 1869 she was united in marriage to Frank Brady at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. In 1876 the family moved to a farm in Eastman township where they lived until they moved into the village of Eastman.
Twelve children were born to this union, two passing away as infants and the remaining ten were: William, Hatti/(William Honslik) Julia/(Henry Seekatz) August, Mary/(Hubert Kramer) John, Charles, Vincent, Daniel and Frank.
On March 31, the aged lady appeared to be in her usual good health. But the following Friday morning, April 1, she had passed away peacefully in her sleep and found dead in bed by her niece, Clara Honslik. Mrs. Brady was a faithful and active member of her church up until the last year when poor health and old age kept her from attending regularly. May she rest in peace.
