Lydia was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. Strosbusch. She was born and raised in Watertown.
She married Bernard Mau in 1904 in Junction City. Her husband died shortly after the marriage. She married Alex Worzella in 1924. He died in 1932. She then moved to Stevens Point and has lived there since.
One daughter, Mrs. Lucille Pekarsky of New Berlin, survives along with seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Three sons, three brothers, and two sisters preceded her in death.
