Mr. Charles Albert Osborne, age 59, of 355 Lee Street, passed away Monday afternoon at his residence.
He was a native of Hancock County but had lived here in Milledgeville for several years.
He was the son of the late Mr. Robert W. Osborne, Sr. and the late Mrs. Mallie Hitchcock Osborne. He was employed by Central State Hospital and was a member of the Baptist denomination.

Survivors include four sons, Mr. Eugene Osborne and Mr. Charles Osborne, both of Milledgeville; Mr. John Osborne of Mississippi and Mr. David Osborne of Mass.; three sisters Mrs. Mary Toulson and Mrs. Harold Gheesling, both of Milledgeville and Lenora Runette Osborne Fortier of West Palm Beach, Fla., three brothers, Mr. Robert Osborne and Mr. Cecil Osborne, both of Milledgeville and Mr. Grady Osborne of San Francisco, Cal., eight grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews, also survive.

Funeral sevices were held Wednesday afternoon, Febuary 24, at 4 o'clock from the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Williams and the Rev. J. W. Layfield officiating. Interment was in West View Cemetery.
Williams Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
