Years you wandered, struggling, searching for home.
Always tormented, never at rest,
Not ever feeling that you could be blessed.
Sleep has come and you have closed your eyes,
Finally at peace from your tortured life.
My prayer for you this day,
Is that God has taken all your cares away,
Breathing peaceful life into your tortured soul,
Erasing all misery, once again making you whole.
Rest little sister, in God's Holy Love,
Peace be with you until we join you above.
