My deaf good friend, Teresa's mother, Evelyn Mae Wysocki, age 80, went to be with her lord Tuesday, February 21, 2006. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick; sons, Bruce Waltress and Mark Waltress; and sisters, Linda Benoit and Peggy Lauer. Surviving are her children, Cherie (Russ) Bethe of Oak Creek, WI, Patti (Gerhard) Wynbelt of Grandville, Craig Waltress of Wauwatosa, WI, Dr. Mary (Mitchell) Setsma of Jenison, Teresa Wysocki of Wyoming; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; sisters and brother, Dorothy Dykhouse of Carson City, Ronald (Ardella) Hamilton of Caledonia, and Lois Smiths of Howard City; and many nieces and nephews. A memorail service will be held Saturday, 11 A.M. at the Cook Memorail Chapel (east building), 4235 Prairie SW, with her pastor, Rev. Bill Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Floral View Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet Evelyn's family Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of the service. Contributions in memory of Evelyn may be made to God's Kitchen.
