Mrs. Laidet was a native of Upper Lake. She had lived in Mokelumne Hill since 1927, and previously in West Point from 1919-27.
She was a housekeeper for Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital, San Andreas, for 20 years, retiring in 1970.
She enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by her children, Allen Laidet of Mokelumne Hill, Bernice Black of Altaville and Helen Clements of Rancho Cordova; sister, Louise Golta of Stockton; and nine grandchildren, 16 greatgrandchildren and 20 greatgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her children Clovis Laidet, Glenn Laidet and Cecil Laidet.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. March 24 at Mokelumne Hill Protestant Cemetery.
