Services for Mrs. Nora Johnson Kinney, 71, who died Thursday in a Sparta hospital, will be held at 4 p.m. Friday in Hardwick Methodist Church. Burial will be in Baldwin Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Kinney was a native of Hancock County but had made her home in Baldwin County for the past 36 years. She was a retired employee of Central State Hospital.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Verna "Jack" Taylor and Marion Garland, both of Milledgeville; a sister, Mrs. Estelle Hamm of Miami, Florida; and five brothers, Woodrow Wilson Johnson, John Brown Johnson. Merritt Clayton "Rooster" Johnson and William "Bill" Johnson all of Milledgeville and Burt "Red" Johnson of Sparta.
Berry Martin Funeral Home is in charge.
