MILLEDGEVILLE-Graveside services for Texie Jackson Johnson were at 2 p.m. Friday in Baldwin Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Johnson, 87, died Thursday in a local hospital. Born in Wilkinson County, she lived in Milledgeville and was a retired ward supervisor at Central State Hospital. She was a member of Zebulon Methodist Church in Hancock County.
Survivors include her brother and sister, Parker Jackson and Johnie Smith both of Milledgeville; and several nieces and nephews.
