Nancy was married to Walter Nickell . They have three children.. twins Thomas and Timothy and daughter Barbara. She died of cancer.
Although I was only 9 when my grandma got sick and died. I love her very much and she will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Nancy Reid Nickell, 68, of Myrtle Beach died Sept. 1, 1992, at Sardis Nursing Home. Funeral and burial were in Ashland, Ky. Harry and Bryant Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
Mrs. Nickell, an Ashland native, retired in 1981 as a biology teacher at
Fort Myers (Fla.) High School. She earned a B.S. in premedicine at Randolph
Macon Women`s College in Lynchburg, Va., and was a member of Living Saviour
Lutheran Church.
Survivors are her husband, Walter; sons, Timothy Nickell of Asheville,
Thomas Nickell of Matthews; daughter, Mrs. Barbara Wilhelm of Asheboro;
sister, Mrs. Robena Leslie of Ceredo, W.Va.; six grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Living Saviour Lutheran Church, 6817 Carmel Rd.
