Patsy Dee Starmer
Patsy Starmer, age 65, of Clarence, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at approximately 5:30 pm at the Macon Healthcare Center in Macon, MO. She was born December 14, 1943, in Clarence, MO, the daughter of Wayne Mayes and Vera Ruby Adams Robey. In 1964 she was united in marriage to David Wood. She later married Elmer Starmer in 1980. He preceded her in death on March 23, 2008. Patsy is survived by two daughters, Zinna Beth Legg and her husband Jeffery of Ashland, MO, and Ronda Lee Kinzer of Shelbina, MO and three grandchildren, Andrew Legg, Ella and Janie Kinzer. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, one sister, Roxie Koftan and one brother Donald Lee Robey. Patsy was a member of the Lowman Chapel Methodist Church and a 1962 graduate of Clarence High School. She was an Avon representative in the Clarence area for many years. Funeral services will be held at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Clarence at 11:00 am on Monday, December 29, 2008 with burial to follow in the Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 am on Monday at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
