Daughter of Nathaniel K. and Louise Hodgkins. Eben and Addie were wed in Peabody, 23 June 1880.

Eben and Addie never had children. They moved to Springfield, MA, and in 1910 and still in 1920, they were living with Addie's unmarried sister, Belle Hodgkins.
