Estrada died April 28 in Douglas, Wyo. He was born Jan. 26, 1953 in Gallup.
He attended Gallup High School and worked for Yellow Freight Co. for 23 years. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, boating and he was a carpenter.
Survivors include his wife Shirley B. Estrada; son, Martin Estrada of Belen; daughters, Christy Estrada, of Albuqerque, Molina Estrada of Las Lunas; mother, Delavina Estrada of Gallup; brother, Larry Estrada; sisters, Bertha Leyba of Albuquerque, Candida Estrada and Louisa Estrada, both of Gallup and Diane Azua of Denver, and eight grandchildren.
Estrada was preceded in death by his father, Modesto Estrada, Sr., and brothers Manuel Estrada Montao and Paul Estrada.
Pallbearers were Santos Ortiz, Martin Estrada, Larry Estrada, Robert Rodriguez, Robert Gallegos, Tom Azua, Francisco Gonzales and Jerry Silva.
