Ethel Schooling Dillinger 86, Indianapolis, passed away April 9, 2004. Ethel was born on May 9, 1917 in Spencer, IN. to James and Ivy P.(Miller) Schooling. Ethel was an exectutive secretary for 22 years for the Indiana State Police and was a staff secretary for Governor Roger Branigin.She is survived by her sister, Jean Hardy (Charlestown, IN.), and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert M.
