Miss Clara Ellen Ifert
Miss Clara Ellen Ifert, daughter of the late Abraham N. and Amanda Ifert, of near Middletown, died early last Wednesday morning at the hospital at Catonsville, Baltimore county, after an illness extending over a period of 20 years, aged about 48 years. She is survived by two brothers and one sister, as follows: C. Edward, of Middletown; Daniel, in Montgomery county, and Miss Mary, near Middletown. The body was taken to the house of C. E. Ifert, Middletown, on Wednesday evening by Mr. Ifert and Undertaker C. T. K. Gladhill, of Middletown.
The funeral took place from the home of her brother, Friday afternoon. Rev. E. J. Renshaw, of the U. B. church, officiating.
