Monty was born on February 7, 1921 in Pine Bluff Arkansas passed away on April 30, 2014 at Carlton Plaza Elk Grove, CA preceded In Death by wife Elsie. Father of Robert Montgomery (Carolyne) Harold Montgomery (Adrienne) Debra Chapin (Bill) Teresa Rulon (Lloyd), Grandfather of Sean, Matthew and David Montgomery, Jeremie and Jenifer Chapin and Kristen Watson and three great granchildren. Viewing on Thursday May 8, 2014 from 4 to 8 PM. Graveside services Friday, May 9, 2014 at 10 AM at East Lawn 9189 E. Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, CA.
