Born in St. Louis to John and Bernice Wedle Nee: Ingram on May 7, 1928. After attending High School Mrs. Arbogast spent much of her working career as a Tax Clerk for the City of Ladue where she spent twenty five years. Mrs. Arbogast met and married Charles Arbogast who preceded her in death on July 13, 2002. She enjoyed going to the boat. She was a Cardinal fan. She had to make sure she got her weekly lottery tickets. She enjoyed playing cards and her Branson Trips and was ready to return before even getting home. Her grandchildren, all of them, were her pride and joy.
